Privacy & Opening Updates

When online messaging is available, the form sends your name, email address and message to our inbox so we can respond. You can also choose to receive the workshop-opening announcement. This permission is optional and is recorded with your request; it is not required to ask a question.

This request does not reserve a workshop place or give permission for other marketing emails. You can withdraw your request by emailing or calling us using the contact details on the Who we are page.

Please do not send medical records, payment details or other sensitive information.

This website is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts. These services receive technical connection information, such as your IP address, when you visit.

When enabled, messages and opening-update requests are delivered through Zoho Mail to our studio inbox. The form does not automatically send the future opening announcement; we arrange that separately. If delivery is not configured, submission remains unavailable. Form contents are not stored in browser local storage.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits to our public pages, including page views, referring websites, approximate location, device and browser information. Vercel uses a temporary request-derived identifier rather than analytics cookies; it is discarded after 24 hours.

We remove query strings and page fragments from the page URLs sent to analytics. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses or messages to analytics. This integration does not record what you type, WhatsApp conversations or Eventbrite registrations. No advertising trackers or session recordings are installed.
